Taking a holistic approach, her work is defined by a deep understanding for food. From ingredients and preparation to the way it is experienced.

Originally trained as a holistic nutritionist, she has spent years working hands-on with food: cooking, creating seasonal dishes and hosting workshops focused on natural, wholesome ingredients.
